Fashion Show

So last night I went to this fashion show in this dance hall. It was a show including guys and girls from the 4 main schools of Veranópolis. There was a band and a runway and judges and everything. We don't have anything like this in Olympia. Each school also had a bunch of students cheering on the models (who were also students from the schools). My school CETEC was totally prepared. They had a huge banner and three big signs for the three girls representing our school. The girls were Gabriella, Bruna, and Luana, and Bruna won 1st prize for the whole thing. We had so much school pride though. Almost everyone had these really intricate CETEC shirts, and pom-poms in the schools colors. And some guys brought drums and air horns and played all night, even while the band played, because no one liked the band. The drummers were really good too. I guess native Brazilians are born with amazing Futebol and drumming skills.

The big party is tonight and I'm very excited. It's gonna be really fun. I hear native Brazilians are also born with amazing dance skills so I'm curious to see what that's like.
